This is probably way more wishful thinking and bullshit threat than reality, but biden claimed today that obama may use executive orders to deal with the gun control issue.
I wouldn't be surprised to see these people attempt this, but it will never stand up in court. I guess "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" means a little something different to everyone.

DeleteWhile most of us were not paying attention, Barry Soetero packed the Federal courts with - if memory serves me - over 100 Federal judge appointments, all across the country. He and the other Marxists pulling his strings filled those vacancies with judges who will rule according to Marxist ideology, and as Obama wishes them to rule. Don't expect much help there.
Since Barry isn't the legitimate President an EO won't be worth the paper it's written on.
