This is straight from her website. I don't know how much of a chance she has of getting this passed, but then I didn't think that dickhead obama had any chance of getting re-elected, so what do I know.
This is some hard core rules and regulations. Does she REALLY think they can make us register existing weapons? And that we will willingly give up some fingerprints? So, is the atf going to go house to house and ask to see weapons? I guess I don't see how this whole thing is supposed to work. Do you think thugs and criminals are going to register their illegally owned weapons? Of course not, this isn't about those people. It's about punishing anyone stupid enough to admit they own a firearm.
Besides, I don't recall the 2nd Amendment saying that my right to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED, unless the government won't let me have them.

If some fucked up mess like the Feinstein bill passes, I'm here to put the sheeple on notice. First, I will NOT register ANY of my firearms whatsoever! That said, you choose to make a criminal of me, be aware that should something ever happen I will NOT be there for you. I will still conceal carry a firearm but, it will be strictly for protection of me and mine. If I happen to be in the vicinity of a robbery/assault....you are on your own! If a cop is being assaulted.....you are on your own! If someone is massacring people.....you are on your own. I WILL NOT COME TO YOUR AID! That may sound perfectly agreeable now when things are quiet but, I want you to remember this if you ever find yourself looking at death or disfigurement at the hands of an evil doer. If you're a typical Amerikan fatass you'd better get to the gym and shed a few pounds so you can run and fit in small concealed spaces when you hide. You'd better learn adaptive concealment....while at the gym, practice looking like a toilet, a drinking fountain, a desk....so you can blend innocuously in when danger comes! Practice up on advanced groveling! Go on Ebay and buy cyanide pills.....at least leave a handsome clean corpse! Pre-write a thank you letter to your elected officials and Feinstein, put it in an stamped/addressed envelope to be mailed upon your demise and thank all those assholes in DC for making you safe. YOU ARE ALONE, DO NOT LOOK TO ME FOR ANY AID WHATSOEVER!!!!!!....after all, I'm just a criminal!
ReplyDeleteI think the feinstein bill is an over reach. These ass clowns are asking for the moon and will settle for something in the middle. It doesn't matter. Anything they put in place will only affect those of us that obey the law. How can these dip shits not get it? Criminals and wackos don't give a damn about the laws we already have!
DeleteThe form you fill out every time you purchase a firearm from a store or a dealer is a registration. "Technically", BATF is not supposed to have access to those records unless the FFL dealer loses his license or goes out of business, or in the case of an investigation concerning a specific firearm (IIRC), but in fact they have access to those records and - in the cases were they haven't already scanned those forms - they will get them subsequent to legislation such as this.
ReplyDeleteSo, they will have records of pretty much all gun purchases except for person-to-person. Any of us who have purchased guns will therefore be in their database. If they decide to confiscate any which have not been registered after a law such as this is passed (after an "amnesty" period giving you time to do so) they will know exactly who to go to and where you live (not just from the 4473 form, but from your driver's license, voter registration, cellphone, bank, credit card, and other electronic record sources).
Failure to do so will be a crime. If you are lucky enough to live where local law enforcement declines to send officers to confiscate your firearms, the Feds may eventually get around to you on their own - especially if they consider you significant enough to deal with, say like Andrew Breitbart (Rush Limbaugh is merely an entertainer, and has never been anything except an acceptable outlet for us conservatives to use to let off a little steam), or maybe Alex Jones.
I wouldn't be surprised though, if those of us who have openly described Obama as a lying sack of shit (that he is) get targeted a little sooner than the run-of-the-mill conservative who merely voices his displeasure with how things are going..
Just so you don't get the wrong idea, I fully intend to turn in my firearms. They will be lying beneath my cooling corpse after I have given up to the responding agency all of the ammunition I have time to load and fire.

It sure seems like that's what they want doesn't it? I wonder if they realize what a confiscation scenario would really look like? I guess they don't or it wouldn't even be whispered about.
DeleteMaybe it's just me, but I imagine there are many people who consider themselves "elite" - and I know Feinstein is one of them - who don't have a problem with violence initiated by confiscation attempts. They know the deaths will be amongst those who still understand their rights and their duty and those at the pointy-end of the government spear, who are tasked with attempting to enforce such an unConstitutional and unpopular law.
ReplyDeleteFeinstein and others will sit back and applaud the deaths of us "bitter clingers", and welcome the further clampdown of tyranny that will ensue. If it costs the lives of some local, state, or Federal cops in the process, oh, well. That is what they are paid for, and the end result - since on the Left the ends _always_ justify the means - will be the complete government control that these elites desire.
Only if the damage is made _personal_ to these tyrants will they consider changing their tune. That will probably end up being the business of people local to them, or those with the resources to take the discussion to their doorstep. Think "Unintended Consequences".
