It doesn't matter how far we have come from the past, there will always be those who want to throw it in your face. Sort of like a girlfriend who never forgets the things you have said and done, no matter how much time has passed, and will throw those things out at every opportunity.
What kind of amazes me though, in what other country can a black, high school dropout, racist become a multi-millionaire by telling stupid jokes?
None. In most other countries, a man of his particular talents would be picking some type of produce or have a career in some in one of the service industries, food, hotel, etc.
Why is it that people like chris rock can't be thankful for the opportunities this Country has provided them? I'm willing to bet that he worked very hard to get where he is. Why can't he try to instill those values on others?

I can't for the life of me understand why anyone finds this fool amusing, unless it is to laugh _at_ him for his incredibly juvenile and stupid behavior. That people such as Rock would imagine anyone would what the hell he thinks just amazes the living daylights out of me.
ReplyDeleteTalk about your lowest common denominator. If he weren't black, I doubt that anyone would pay him any attention. Just like Obama. If he hadn't been black, he would never had been elected. In Rock's case, vote with your wallet. I choose not to rent anything he is a part of making or performing. I apply that to folks such as Clooney, and other theatrical idiots, as well.

Since the 4th of july isn't independence day for blacks, according to him, why they don't celebrate Jan.1 for emancipation proc., or Dec. 6 for the 13th amendment? It's because they're ungrateful whiney ass parasites.
