State of the Union tonight...

obama will be giving his state of the union speech tonight. As in the past, I won't be watching it. It would be far too tempting to throw something through the screen.

You can bet though, that the speech will be full of blame for everyone except himself. He will refuse to admit anything. There will be lots of class warfare bullshit. There will be lots of stupid cliches. Probably 20 or 30  "let me be clear's".

There will be lots of talk about the "do nothing" congress, which is great except the Republican controlled House has passed all kinds of things that are dead on arrival in the democrat controlled senate. Hmm, obama will be half right.

There probably won't be much mention of him breaking the law by not having his budget done on time, but that really doesn't matter because the senate hasn't passed a budget in over 1,000 days. It's always easier to spend a bunch of money you don't have when no one can hold you to a budget.

There probably won't be much talk on his 90 rounds of golf or the millions of dollars he and his family have spent on vacations.

I doubt there will be much dwelling on the horrible failure known as obamacare.

There probably won't be a single mention of operation fast and furious or all of the people that should be in prison because of it.

I don't think he will mention how the tsa violates our rights every single day.
